Rejected petition EU Wide traffic information regarding violations

It seems that it is likely that information about traffic violations, speeding etc will now be open to all 27 states of the EU. Imagine if you will, your plates have been cloned or stolen and you have been "done" 20 times in Poland, 6 times in Germany and you have to defend all of them. Fat chance just pay the £2000 and then get extradited to Poland for the court case!
If you are not stopped then the infraction should be lost.
