Important:

This petition was submitted during the 2010-2015 parliament

Rejected petition Ensure that SOCA are not involved in the Daniel Pelka sentencing discussions.

More details

The SOCA ethos is so deeply degraded that they are likely to argue that what these two reprobates did is protected by their human right to a private life and they should not even be put on trial, let alone be sentenced to imprisonment, which would violate their human right to a family life. Such an ethos is worryingly disgusting, coming from people who are charged with and paid an awful lot to protect the public (taxpayers) from the activities of criminals. They must be prevented from further damaging our society.
