Rejected petition Use Libre Office is schools and Universities

This software is free can be used on windows pcs and linux pcs. It is used already in German schools and Universities.
No cost is involved in pupils getting software unlike using Ms office. Upgrade to new version cost nothing,
unlike ms office which a new version has to be purchased when buying a new pc. Switching to Libre Office would help balance of trade.
