If protesters on any form of state benefits are caught "breaking the law" as part of their so called protest, they should automatically loose their benefits for a defined period say 3 months.. Breaking the law is not genuine protesting and they need encouragement to protest legally / peacefully. Obstruction should be included in this. It would help to go towards the cost of policing such circumstances.
