Closed Liverpool Deserves a Full Time Community Radio Licence

In the latest round of OFCOM licence application radio organisations fromLiverpool has been excluded from applying. We feel a City the size of Liverpool would achieve a high level of social gain and the ability for communities to communicate with the granting of such a licence.
We would like OFCOM to reconsider their decision and to operate a process for Liverpool organisations to apply for a licence in 2014 as a special case outside of their normal application process.
