Insurers 'dealing directly' with injured vulnerable people that they are liable to can easily abuse these people - the insurer will promise the injured person all the medical help and rehabilitation that they need, but, behind the scenes, some insurers put their greed for bonuses ahead of any promises/obligations to provide treatment.

Insurers can also deviously transfer their liabilities for treatment and care onto the already overburdened DWP and NHS whilst claiming refunds from the DWP that they are not entitled to.

There needs to be an investigation into what insurers call 'Third Party Capture' or 'Third Party Assistance' but which is actually a 'cheat's charter' for the abuse, by nasty cynical insurers, of injured vulnerable people.
