The re-evaluation of our current prison sentence laws.
I seriously think this country needs to re-evaluate the laws on commital to prison and the length of time applied to individual crimes.
Child sex offenders: A full life term.
Child murderers: A full life term
Rapists: A full life term.
Premeditated murders: A life term.
Violent murders: A full life term
Manslaughter: A full life term if for example DUI
Robbery: aggrevated or with violence, a full life term.
Domestic violence: These are always repeat offenders and every week at least 2 victims of domestic violence are killed, this should carry a mandatory life sentence, and it should be taken from the victims hands as to whether they offender is prosecuted, once an offender has been arrested more than once they should get full life imprisonment.
Petty crimes: support and community service
We should also introduce the 3 strike rule, commit 3 crimes its a mandatory 30 yr sentence regardless of crime
