Review Websites such as Google & Tripadvisor allow consumers to post "reviews" about hospitality businesses. Whilst many are true, persons can create fake IDs and post damaging comments which are false or fake reviews can be posted to increase a businesses ranking and attract more custom and it is all anonymous. Sites such as tripadvisor should be instructed to verify all of their members to ensure they are not false and should be transparent and traceable.
