Using 0844 numbers is costing all patients to book appointments, get test results and order prescriptions without realising just how much they are paying. Most people have paid the NHS in taxation ,are on low incomes or housebound and the cost of a MINIMUM of £ 2 a time is too much.

This was supposed to be stopped but many GP surgeries have ignored this directive
