Petition 40% Tax Bracket should be revised

Each financial year for the last 3 years we have seen the higher rate tax bracket 40% reduced from £35,000 to £32,0011. With the state of today's economy and rising expenses, for those just breaking into this bracket are being treated the same as a higher earner of £150,000. A one size fits all policy does not work. This is a grossly neglected policy, that deserves better attention.
