Due to increasing levels of cyber-bullying it has become necessary to bring internet safety forward in the form of a test to insure all children are fully aware of how to conduct themselves on the internet, and how to avoid being bullied.

This test would be required to be taken by all children in school.

It should not fall to the public to look after other peoples children, the internet is in almost all aspects of modern life and its safe use should be taught in schools and be common knowledge for a young person in the 21st century.
