Rejected petition LGBT budget to the whole of England

There are no LGBT facilities where I live, and there are plenty of other places in the UK where LGBT clubs and meetings are scarce, meaning that we cannot be ourselves without being in danger of getting attacked or harassed. If a budget was sent to local councils, the LGBT community would be happier!

May be a local Authority issue about funding for local services? UK Government does not advise LAs how to spend their money.
