I am petitioning for the legalisation of CBD (Cannabidiol), a cannabis Cannabinoid, which has the following properties:

"Compared with THC, cannabidiol is less psychoactive, and is considered to have a wider scope of medical applications than THC,[4] including to epilepsy,[5] multiple sclerosis spasms,[6] anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder,[7] schizophrenia,[8] nausea, convulsion and inflammation, as well as inhibiting cancer cell growth.[9"

I do not see any reason for a strain that is non psychoactive, and very alike to Hemp to remain illegal and unavailable to people who could possibly benefit from this wonderous compound.

Yes, thats right it is non-psychoactive and DOES NOT get you high !!!

In fact, CBD's anti psychotic properties actually counteract the psychoactive effects of THC, (one of cannabis's main psychoactive constituent (or cannabinoid).
