Rejected petition Britain to stop at 4pm everyday for a cup of tea

After speaking with an American woman, who has been under the impression that the whole of Britain stops at a certain time for tea, this got me thinking it would be a good idea.

I would like it to be made law for all citizens (where it's safe to do so) to stop at 4pm daily for a cup of good old British tea.

This would save the government money on the NhS by hydrating people and also get the economy going again and create jobs due to the increased demand for tea milk and sugar.
