This is a request for a full investigation into the RayanAir practice of misleading/conning passengers into extortionate fines and charges.

I was recently charged 70 euro each (x4) for a young lady to write 4 boarding passes in under two minutes, making her hourly rate 2,100 euro.

I tried to comply with RyanAir terms and conditions by checking in online and printing my boarding passes. I did this with minimal telephone network coverage and on their completely inaccessible website - which crashed.

Their fault, not mine. Yet I was made to pay 280 Euro for their dreadful website errors.

These charges must stop. Sign the petition to start the process!
