Rejected petition Truth of UFOs

Seeing as the MoD closed their UFO files after 60 years in June for no apparent reason, I believe that we should be entitled to knowing the truth of previous reports of 'high classed' UFO sightings in the UK and other reports which are deemed somewhat truthful.
