Rejected petition repatriation of all criminals after sentence

to repatriate all foreign criminals after sentence has been completed, its my belief these people are unable to assimilate into society and therefore would benefit from repatriation. should they have family who wish to remain close to the convicted then the government should do what they can to assist in keeping the family with the criminal. any appeals should be heard by the consulate in the country of origin.
