Asthmatics should not have to pay to be able to breath everyday like everybody else in the UK. The pre payment scheme is a constant excuse of a more economical way of reducing medication charges for Asthmatics. Women have free contraception , diabetics have free insulin. Why cant Asthmatics breath for free?
