Many people who have previously been on Incapacity Benefit for ten years or more, suddenly find themselves being awarded "Nil points" after an ATOS assessment.

Thousands of those people are getting those assessments changed on appeal.

The DWP needs to perform an audit on ATOS, and consider terminating its contract with ATOS.
