I feel that many babies lives could be helped/saved if new parents were taught baby resuscitation as part of prenatal care.
When a situation occurs an a baby/child is in need of help many parents panic, but in those minutes of panic those are the most critical moments , if parents knew how to cope in such a situation then medical assistance could be given more quickly. Minutes are precious in such situations....
