This petition is to put an end to sanctions imposed by the Department Of Work And Pensions.

Each person in receipt of any State Benefit will have a letter issued to them which states the amount of money you will receive each week, also this letter clearly states that the law says this is the amount to live off.

If the DWP reduce the amount or stop payments in full then they are in breach of this law, as you will be living on less what the law states.

Lets end the practice of Sanctions which are causing poverty and people to commit suicide cause they simply cannot afford to live day to day.
