It is time for gazumping to be made illlegal and to impose a compensation fine,maybe 0.5% plus survey,solicitor and any other acquired costs on both sides, if either party pulls out of a potential house sale after agreeing to buy or sell the said property. This is something similar that apparently happens in Scotland so why not for the English
