Watching the news, I was shocked to discover that there are no minimum standards for hospital meals.
There are minimum standards for schools and prisons, but none for hospitals.
I assumed an e-petition would exist for this, and as I didn't find one asking for the introduction of minimum standards, I decided to create one.
I would like the government to introduce minimum standards for the food given to hospital patients similar to those in schools and prisons.
People in hospital are ill and need good quality food to help them recover their strength and health.
