Closed Stop the Demolition of Isopad and Hertsmere House

1. The plans for the replacement property are in complete contravention to the Elstree Way Area Action Plan. The new property is proposed as a 12 storey building, not the maximum six storey property as per the action plan.

2. Prevent the road layout being changed - roundabout at the junction of Elstree Way, Shenley Road and Brook Road is demolished and traffic lights put in and the removal of the Tesco roundabout and introduction of a bus lane and cycle lane .

3. No infrastructure (e.g. doctors and schools) has been considered to cover the extra people planned on the new Elstree Corridor.

4. Lack of public consolation, only 117 residents were consulted out of population of 33,000. Residents only knew about this until it was approved an advertised in the local Paper.

5. Environmental Impact Assessment to be done on all future developments
