The number of cyclists getting killed and injured on our roads and pavements seems to be increasing.

We often see cyclists ignoring traffic lights and ignoring the Highway Code, endangering themselves as well as children, pedestrians and other road users.

Please consider introducing a Cycling Licence followed by a mandatory cycling proficiency test. Request that the police prosecute cyclists for offences against the Highway Code, please.
