Closed Repeal of Chancel Repair Liability Act of 1932

This e-petition is calling for the total abolition of the Chancel Repair Liability Act of 1932 which gives the right of the Anglican Church (under the cloak of their Parochial Church Councils) to demand (in law) funds from owners of property or land which has historically once been or is on land once owned by the church or member of a church position such as pastor, vicar, minister, etc.
The Chancel Repair Act of 1932 must be repealed.
