This petition is to object to the planning application for 396 new houses being built on agricultural land in Stobhill, Morpeth, Northumberland, planning application 13/02416/FUL. We would like the Local Government to reject the application on the grounds that no major applications should be approved until the Morpeth Neighbourhood plan has been completed and implemented.
