1. To reduce the current limit from 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, to a new limit of 50mg. This is to fall inline with the majority of European Countries who have a significantly lower limit that the UK. Evidence shows you are 6 times more likely to die with a blood alcohol concentration between 50 and 80 mg/100ml than with zero blood alcohol

2. A new blood/alcohol limit of Zero for provisional licence holders, and full licence holders in their 2 year probation period of driving.
