If tripping over and hurting yourself you must have these 3 to claim. Someone else's fault. Damage to last longer than 4 weeks. Height not less than 2". Less height, no claim, yet easier to see 2" to avoid tripping than 1" and falling. This must be changed so each case taken on merit. Especially the height requirement.
