In May 13 my partner passed away I was 36 weeks pregnant. After I had the baby I was told her father was not allowed on the birthcertificate due to his finances. Both of his parents/close family was discussed as they knew he was the father. I was then told to seek legal advice and there I was told I would have to pay £1065 for my day in court.
