Since 1940s Nazi filth Zyclon B, Germany is still major vendor/manufacturer of chemical weapons as also USA, Switzerland,Russia and ? UK.

Prevention by Military strike is totally useless as it splatters the toxic filth indiscriminately and merely encourages re-supply/re-use to/by regimes and rebels alike.
