Closed petition McClusky Law

Closed on

In May 13 I lost my partner I was 36 weeks pregnant. Once I had our baby I was told that her father was not allowed to go on the birth certificate due to him not being here. My partners parent and me were discussed. My partners name should be on the birth certificate. I was told I would have to get a solicitor and take the matter to court I found a solicitor but the average fee is £1065 to appear in court. I would like the law to be change so it is the next of kins choice.
