I think that some of the terrible conditions animals have been left in and have had to be destroyed in some cases. a ban of ten years is ridiculous .. Should be a total ban on owning any animal. I am NOT going to put an Image of some poor Animal .. Near to death..We see enough of it everyday... What goes through the mind of these horrid people to neglect something like this
