The proliferation of Mobilty Scooters is very alarming and seemingly completely un regulated; They are on the roads pavements malls everywhere in fact; I Think they are dangerous and unsightly; I want to see genuine users with disablities only having access to them; Simply being obese and lazy should not be enough to qualify
