To get the Minimum investment rate for premium bonds reduced back from £100 down to £5/£10.

We used to be able to invest a small amount of money into bonds at one time. For some reason this has been increased to a Minimum investment of £100. This is just silly! These used to be a popular present from grand parents and between young children. WE NEED TO BRING THIS BACK.

I propose that the minimum investment rate is dramatically reduced to be able to invest small amounts at any one time.
