Rejected petition Royal British Legion's 2014 Real Poppy project

The Heritage Lottery Fund has rejected the British Legion's application for funding to plant millions of real poppies to commemorate WWI.

We call upon the Department for Culture, Media and Sport to instruct the National Heritage Memorial Fund to reconsider their decision, and to work alongside the Royal British Legion to ensure their bid fits all the criteria to allow the project to go ahead.
