Petition Limit Haulage Use of Motorway Network

I propose the limiting of haulage companies use of the motorway netwroks to the following time periods:

Mon to Sat 19:00 through to 07:00 can use lanes one and two - outside of these hours can only use lane one.

Sun no haulage vehicles permitted

This will free up the motorway network for road users not limited to the 56mph speed limit for towed vehicles and prevent the obvious games HGV drivers play by blocking up 2 lanes for "fun"
