Closed petition keep street lights on in Essex

We request Essex county council turn street lighting back on from Dusk to Dawn we the Rate payers Demand our Shift workers and night shift workers keeping our county High street shops and businesses going have the same right to lit streets as other Rate payers. Everyone should have the right to lit footpaths and to be able to go to and from work without the fear of falling down poorly maintained foot paths and roads .
