I SHOULD LIKE THE BRITISH PUBLIC TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO VOTE IN A REFERENDUM ON OUR BEING PART OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY. WE WERE PROMISED ONE BY THE LABOUR ADMINISTRATION. THE PRESENT CONSERVATIVE ADMINISTRATION PROMISED US A SAY IN OUR FUTURE IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY BEFORE THE LAST GENERAL ELECTION, BUT UP TO DATE WE, THE PUBLIC HAVE NOT BEING GIVEN A VOICE IN OUR FUTURE MEMBERSHIP OF THE E.E.C
