Closed Stop placing addicts and recently released criminals in guesthouses/hotels in residential areas, at the public expense.

The policy of housing addicts,mentally ill and recently released criminals into hotels and guesthouses within residential areas not only presents a clear and present danger to the local residents but also reduces the value of properties in the surrounding area. This practice should be more tightly regulated or stopped entirely.
