The Burka or any other face covering should not be allowed to be worn in any court proceedings on the grounds of religion or other beliefs. It is vital that all involved are able to see the face of any witness or suspect during court proceedings. In the interest of fairness to all witnesses and suspects this should be a vital part of British Law.
