As we all know people with upper missing limbs have difficulty getting the right car adaptations are expensive insurance is expensive people who have one or two missing limbs from the upper body should be entitled to some sort of Motability this needs change because I find it hard driving a normal car without the adaptations and insurance is so high it is impossible for some people to get on the road.
