Rejected petition To allow the northern belle to have permanent seating outside.

We need outside seating, please! The northern belle is the oldest pub in margate, kent. We need some kind of permission or help!!

Our local council arent helping as there isn't alot they can do apart from telling the northern belle they need to move the outside seating. The neighbour who is complaining has been barred from the pub due to harassment, but was a customer before hand. The northern belle physically cannot run their business without having the outside seating.
