I call on the government to support and implement 'Drunk Tanks' the idea of chief constable Adrian Lee's. Privately run drunk tanks to tackle alcohol-fuelled disorder, drunk troublemakers should be put in cells to sober up and then made to pay for their care the next morning. They should also have to pay for any other kind of care if they end up in jail or at the hospital.
