I’m aware the virus may not show on a test until 48 hours after coming into contact. Why not ask inbound passengers to quarantine for 48 hours, get a test and then self isolate until the result is in? The quarantine is killing the travel industry mainly through uncertainty

I want this to happen as the uncertainty is causing people to not want to travel as quarantine may be imposed half way through their trip. It seems a good solution to the declining passenger figures.
