Rejected petition REPEAL THE CORONAVIRUS ACT 2020 IMMEDIATELY.

The Coronavirus Act 2020 introduced sweeping powers that are the greatest limitation on freedom and liberty since the 2nd world war.
The Act is up for review soon, so NOW is the time for the Government to end the lockdown, restore our liberties and repeal the Coronavirus Act 2020.

Under the act:
Police have been given broad powers to detain anyone who "might" be infectious.
Dangerous restrictions on the right to protest have been created
Safeguards for the disabled, people with mental health issues and those who rely on social care have been stripped away
Borders can be closed and some elections suspended
The act has failed to uphold people’s rights
These emergency measures are still in force and Parliament can choose to renew them indefinitely.
