Realise Apple & Android systems are already in place to notify users of COVID-19 exposure & allow (turn on) their use in the United Kingdom's health authorities.

The government still has no app available & the public are losing faith in the leadership of the Conservative Party as a result.
As we approach the second wave we need this technology now.
These are clearly well established, already developed systems which should be utilised.
