Mp expenses have always been abused, are being abused, and unless changed, will always be abused.
So there would need to be an incentive to stop this theft.
Expenses should be paid, not with taxpayers money.
It should be paid to MP's directly through their own party funds.
Can imagine they will not deem gardening, 50" Tv's, £2000 sofa's, building work to display artwork or PORN as important items to enable them to do their jobs (Usually badly..)
