Rejected petition crash helmets on quad & tricycle bikes make compulsary

Please we need to make this a legal requirement that Crash Helmets MUST be worn when riding a Quad Bike or a Tricycle Motorcycle having witnessed an accident involving a tricycle bike carrying 2 children on a seat at the back none of these had any form of safety belts or helmets on luckily they only sustained minor grazing but it's guaranteed we will have a fatality on these death traps ,Quad bikes are designed for off road not travelling at 25/30 mph on a road they cannot take corners at any speed above 15 mph or they tip over and the guy wearing no safety helmet is injured or even dead, Tri bikes are just as dangerous none of these machines have a legal requirement of a Crash Helmet & the law needs updating before some innocent child riding on these are killed, MAKE CRASH HELMETS A MUST NOW,
