A pony carcass was found at warrington road golborne dale lancashire. Nobody cared 1 whom the pony belonged 2 why it had died.
They scooped her up not even checking if she was microchiped to find owner incase the pony had strayed.
We have to pay alot of money for passports and microchip re 2009 law! this pony was dragged on to a truck never for the owners to be found or told!
We want the horse passport,microchip and disposal looking into! As it is i can take any horse with no passport to be put to sleep and disposed of no questions asked!
